In this episode we discuss how Nikol Grishin is pursuing her Master of Science in Kinesiology program at UBC beginning in the Fall 2020 semester.
Nikol is a recent UBC graduate with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology with a specialty in Health Science. She explains how she obtained volunteer positions during her undergraduate degree as a Project Manager for Special Olympics BC, a private Physiotherapy Assistant, and a Research Assistant at the UBC Cognitive and Motor Learning Lab and at Vancouver Coastal Health.
Not only did she work extensive hours as a volunteer, she was also this past year’s Kinesiology Undergraduate Society (KUS) President, and is currently a Lab Coordinator at FAST Lab and a Project Assistant at BC Children’s Hospital.
